Garland Park 7 mile high hike! 2,200 ft climb in 3 miles! Five brave bootcampers forged through the rain and cold on friday (the day after thanksgiving) to complete a 3 hour hike. We had a great time trying to guess "How much futher to the top, Audra?" Everyone finished the hike with a huge smile and a home cooked breakfast at my house!

4 WEEK TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING FITNESS BOOTCAMP
DESIGNED TO: BUILD STRENGTH, INCREASE STAMINA, FLEXIBILTY, AND CARDIC OUTPUT, LOSE FAT WHILE BUILDING MUSCLE, JUMP START FITNESS AND OR BUST THROUGH FITNESS PLATUES.

ALL CLASSES HELD OUTDOORS ALL FITNESS LEVELS ENCOURAGED

MWF 0600-0700 (6AM-7AM)
MWF 0900-1000 [9AM-10AM]

COST: $150

Camp will be held in Local Parks and on Beach in Monterey


Each camp begins with a fitness assessment and orientation.

We will discuss; nutrition, hydration, attire, exercise safety, and Q&A.
